The main challenge of the project was the relatively small plot size and poor orientation, as dictated by the Urban Development Plan. These two constraints had a decisive impact on the project concept, leading to the decision to design a two-story building. The ground floor accommodates two kindergarten units, a multipurpose hall, a kitchen, a boiler room, and supporting facilities, while the first floor houses one nursery unit, administrative offices, and additional support spaces. Vertical access to the nursery group on the upper floor is facilitated by an elevator.
