Elio Vigna is an Italian industrial designer. He is the founder of the design studio Vigna & Partners. His work is characterized by clean lines and attention to detail, and he has designed products for several international companies. Elio Vigna is the designer of Cobra, the umbrella stand in curved glass produced by FIAM. Vigna was born in Mantua in 1950. He worked actively as adjunct professor of Perception and Visual Communication in the class of Industrial Design of the Department of Science for Architecture at the University of Architecture in Genoa.
