These terms govern the use of the website cernelic.hr and the way you can ask us for information and a quote through it. By using the website you accept these terms.
1. Who runs the website
The website cernelic.hr is run by ČERNELIĆ d.o.o. Rješenja za interijere, Vlaška ulica 39, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB (personal identification number): 40174103130 (hereinafter: Černelić). 2. What the website is for
The website presents the furniture and equipment for interiors and exteriors that we offer, our portfolio and our services. It is not an online shop: products cannot be ordered or paid for here.
3. Product information
Descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours and technical data come from the manufacturers and are provided for information. We make an effort to keep them accurate and up to date, but manufacturers may change them without notice, and colours and textures on a screen may differ from the real ones. The information on the website is not an offer within the meaning of the law of obligations.
Catalogues, technical sheets and CAD/BIM files available for download are the property of the manufacturers and are meant for planning and choosing products.
4. Inquiries and quotes
An inquiry sent through a form, the inquiry list, e-mail or by phone is not an order and binds neither you nor us. Based on your inquiry we prepare a quote with prices, delivery times and payment terms. A contract is concluded only when you accept our written quote; the terms stated in the quote and the contract apply to it.
The inquiry list is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us until you send it yourself.
5. Online shop
The “Shop” link leads to a separate online shop. Purchases there are subject to the terms published on that site.
6. Copyright
Texts, photographs, drawings, logos and other content of the website belong to Černelić or to the manufacturers and partners whose products we present. You may view and download the content for your own needs and for the project we work on together. Any other use – publishing, copying or altering – requires our prior written consent.
7. Links to other websites
The website contains links to the websites of manufacturers and other third parties. We have no influence on their content or on how they handle data, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Liability
We maintain the website with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will be available and free of errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from reliance on the information published on it. For purchasing decisions, the information in our quote is authoritative.
9. Personal data and cookies

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. We will try to settle disputes amicably; where that is not possible, the court in Zagreb with subject-matter jurisdiction is competent. Rights that mandatory rules grant to consumers are not limited by these terms.
