This policy describes which personal data we collect through the website cernelic.hr, why, how long we keep them and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian law.

We do not collect data that you do not send us yourself from other sources. The inquiry list is stored only in your browser until you send it. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not build profiles.
Who else comes into contact with the data
We do not sell data. They are available only to our employees who answer inquiries and to service providers acting on our instructions:
- the provider hosting the website and e-mail,
- Mailchimp (Intuit) – for sending the newsletter to those who signed up,
- Google – with your consent, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, maps and YouTube,
- Meta – with your consent, the Meta Pixel,
- Vimeo and Issuu – with your consent, to show videos and publications.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. The transfer then relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
At any time you can ask for:
- access to your data and a copy of them,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- erasure of the data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

If you believe we process your data contrary to the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
