The Italian studio Metrica (Robin Rizzini, chief designer and Lucio Quinzio Leonelli, managing partner) was founded 2009 in Milan and have earned an international reputation for the unique approach to contemporary furniture design. Design and Product Concept are marked by an Italian code and supported by Management activities dedicated to the market variables analysis and R&D on materials and processes. Design is intended not as the gesture of designing focused exclusively on a formal-aesthetic level but as a discipline capable of creating identity and value. The office integrates the creative dimension, humanistic culture and managerial expertise, combining industrial production and crafts.
