Split Airport has expanded the passenger building by a three floor annex, with a total of 35,000 new m2. The total capacity of the passenger terminal is now 5 million passengers a year. ­ČERNELIĆ Interior Solutions has furnished domestic and international departures areas with Vitra passenger seats and 2tec2 floor coverings, as well as VIP lounge and all airport offices. By using high-end furniture and the unique blend of the atmosphere of the textile floor and the ease of use and maintenance of the 2tec2 flooring we helped create durable and comfortable spaces for large numbers of passengers as well as the airport staff.
